Spring is on the horizon and what better way to celebrate warmer weather than playing softball? The Florence Parks and Recreation Department is hosting its March Mayhem softball tournament scheduled for Saturday, March 2, 2013 at Heritage Park.

This double-elimination format includes divisions for men and women. Awards are provided to the first through third place teams in each division, as well as a male and female Most Valuable Player award.

Registration is limited to the first 10 teams in each division and the $185 team entry fee must be paid by Friday, February 22, 2013 at the Recreation Department at 133 N. Main Street.

So get your team together and kickoff the spring season on a good note and sign your team up quickly!
