Phoenix, Arizona A reward of up to $35,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrests of McCluskey and Welch.
McCluskeys mother, Claudia Washburn remains in custody on a $250,000 bond, charged in Maricopa County, Arizona Superior Court with conspiracy to commit escape (second degree) and hindering prosecution (first degree) in the July 30, 2010 escape from ASP Kingman.

Task Force officers continue to focus investigative efforts in western Arkansas, western Montana, and in various other locations around the United States. The last credible sighting of McCluskey and Welch was August 6, 2010 in Billings Montana. As released yesterday, both McCluskey and Welch have altered their appearances. It is believed McCluskey has dyed his hair dark and grown a beard and Welch may have blonde hair.

All information indicates McCluskey and Welch are still traveling together and should be considered armed and extremely dangerous. It is likely they are reacting, rather than taking deliberate action. As the manhunt protracts, it is highly possible they will become more desperate, creating increased danger to law enforcement and the general public. If they are encountered, call local law enforcement immediately.
While it is believed McCluskey and Welch continue to drive the 1997 Nissan Sentra (gold, grey, or tan in color), they are experienced over the road semi truck drivers. They have been known to utilize full service truck stops, rest areas, and camp grounds and may continue frequent facilities such as these.
