U.S. SPECIAL OPERATIONS COMMAND Iron Legion JV., Tampa, Florida, was awarded a cost-plus-fixed-fee and cost-reimbursable indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (H9240226DE001) with a ceiling of $265,164,486 for intelligence support services in support of U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). The contract period of performance includes a five-year base ordering period with a five-year optional ordering period. The work will be performed in both CONUS and OCONUS locations and is expected to be completed by March 24, 2036. USSOCOM, MacDill Air Force Base, Florida, is the contracting activity. Bids were solicited via the internet with eight received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Feb. 4, 2031. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District, is the contracting activity. Facility Services Management Inc., Clarksville, Tennessee, was awarded a $20,345,176 modification (P00020) to contract W91278-23-C-0016 to exercise Option Year Two for operations and maintenance services. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $65,868,642. Work will be performed in San Diego, California, with an estimated completion date of Feb. 8, 2027. Fiscal 2026 Defense Health Program, Defense funds in the amount of $20,345,176 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District, is the contracting activity. Agile Defense Inc., Reston, Virginia, was awarded a $12,497,947 modification (P00010) to contract W9124P-22-F-0036 technology support services. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of July 31, 2027. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity. NAVY Lockheed Martin Corp., Fort Worth, Texas, is awarded a $47,753,808 modification (P00007) to a previously awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee, level-of-effort, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N0001920D0007). This modification increases the ceiling to provide for the ongoing development, installation, integration, testing, training, and delivery of the F-35 Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) and Operational Data Integrated Network (ODIN), to include new capability development and current software modifications. Additionally, this modification continues support for the ALIS-to-ODIN re-architecture endeavor to modernize ALIS in accordance with information technology and software development best practices for the Air Force, Marine Corps, Navy, Foreign Military Sales customers, and F-35 Cooperative Program Partners. Work will be performed in Orlando, Florida (95%); and Fort Worth, Texas (5%), and is expected to be completed in December 2026. No funds are being obligated at time of award; funds will be obligated on individual orders as they are issued. This contract action was not competed. Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity. Blair Remy Merrick MP JV LLC,* Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is awarded a $33,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for architect-engineer design and related services. The work to be performed provides for professional engineering services for the preparation of design-bid-build documents and design-build request for proposals. Work will be performed at locations within the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Southeast area of operations and is expected to be completed by February 2031.Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance, (Navy) funds in the amount of $1,000 will be obligated at time of award to satisfy the minimum contract guarantee. Additional funds will be obligated on individual task orders as they are issued. This contract was competitively procured via contract opportunities on Sam.gov, with 14 offers received. NAVFAC Southeast, Jacksonville, Florida, is the contracting activity (N69450-26-D-0002). General Dynamics Mission Systems, Taunton, Massachusetts, was awarded a $21,543,345 fixed-price incentive modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-21-C-6425) to exercise options for Hammerhead mine system assets. Work will be performed in Taunton, Massachusetts, and is expected to be completed by January 2027. Fiscal 2025 weapons procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $21,543,345 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract provides for a broad range of maintenance and repair on real property at Hangar 285. Work will be performed at Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, and is expected to be completed by October 2027. This contract was a negotiated 8(a) sole-source acquisition. Fiscal 2026 construction tasking order funds in the total amount of $27,624,246 will be obligated at the time of award.
