The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is offering a reward of up to $250,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the mailpiece that killed postal employee Ivend Holen after it exploded on May 13th, 1976, at the Kimball Post Office, 40 Main St N, Kimball, MN 55353.
