Introducing the Legalizing Premium Health Care Act

I recently introduced the Legalizing Premium Health Care Act, legislation that allows seniors to see the doctor of their choice without abandoning long-time physicians or draining personal savings for care they’ve already paid for through Medicare taxes. By reducing government interference and respecting the doctor-patient relationship, my solution creates a straightforward reimbursement option where Medicare pays beneficiaries (or providers) at the standard rate for covered services. This reform empowers patients, strengthens the patient-doctor bond, and moves us toward a more flexible, market-oriented health care system.
